A joint venture with 6 foundries, plus partners Dalian Zhong Sheng Metal Products, founded in 1995, is a joint-venture corporation specializing in OEM mechanical parts manufactured by casting, forging, machining and welding fabrication. Our network of six foundries and other partner foundries provide our customers with utmost flexibility in maintaining competitive prices and the highest quality products competing in worldwide markets.
Advanced technology in 5,000m2 of space
Our head office is situated in the Dalian Development Area (DDA) and measures 6,000m2. Our machining workshop measures 5,000m2. We have advanced machining equipment such as CNC machines, digitally controlled lathes and milling machines, as well as testing equipment.
Up to 3,000 tons of parts per year
Our turnover for 2008 was about $5 million. Our annual capacity includes 2,000 to 3,000 tons of castings and machined parts, including various mechanical spare parts, automotive accessories, valves, pipes and marine ironware. Our raw materials consist of stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steel, and non-ferrous metals. We can deliver castings, semi-finished parts and finished parts according to your custom requirements.
